These cards were painted with love from me to you. The messages are ones I need to hear and are based on the loving kindness practice. I find that when I paint them and when I write the messages, they are just right in the moment.
I have used these as a meditation for myself and have sent them out far and wide.
I will send you ONE of the loose cards pictured below. It will be random and hopefully a boost of just what you needed to hear.
